Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–7 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we experience a high volume of orders or unforeseen delays, processing times may be extended. In such cases, customers will be notified.
Delivery Time
Delivery times depend on the shipping destination and selected shipping option. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed. Delays caused by carriers, customs, or other factors beyond our control may occur.
International Shipping
We ship to selected international destinations. Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.
Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be provided where available. Please allow time for tracking updates to appear.
Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. Additional shipping fees may apply if reshipment is required.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
GLOWSTAR is not responsible for lost or delayed shipments once the order has been handed over to the shipping carrier. However, we will make reasonable efforts to assist customers in tracking their orders.
